FAQs

Where is your treatment room?

My address is 26a High Street, Ingatestone.  It is opposite the Community Centre Car Park next to Ingatestone Jewellers.  You access it by walking through a courtyard on the left hand side of the Jewellers, and it is at the top of a concrete staircase.  I have a small cloakroom for my clients to use.

The parking fees for the car park are £1.50 for two hours.

What measures have you implemented in response to the COVID-19 health pandemic?

Both at the time of booking and treatment arrival time, all clients are required to answer questions relating to their health status. Hand gel is provided for clients to use on entry, and I wear gloves and a face shield throughout each treatment.

The treatment room is cleaned thoroughly and sanitised after each session. I am currently only allowing for three clients per day to allow appropriate time for cleaning.

Do you undertake home visits?

Due to the COVID-19 health pandemic I am not currently taking on any home visits.

How long does a treatment last?

All body treatments last for about one hour, although your first treatment will take longer in order for me to take a written case history, listening with care to the reasons for your visit. This part of the session is important, both for gathering information and to establish a good understanding of your needs.

How many treatments will I need to book?

I often get asked this question.  My response is always not to book another treatment immediately as it is much better to give yourself time to notice the benefits.  I always say to my clients when this question comes up to give your body a chance to accept the change and only rebook when you feel you need to.

What insurances do you hold?

I am fully insured to undertake all my services and hold professional indemnity insurance. Further information available on request.
